An analysis of the findings relating to Scottish families from the Second Survey of the Millennium Cohort Study has been published by the Scottish Government. The findings are on subjects such as cognitive development; children’s health; housing and communities; parents’ health, employment and income, and attitudes to parenting in general. The report, written by Shirley Dex and others from the Centre for Longitudinal Studies, is intended to provide an introduction to potential users of the survey and to stimulate further in-depth and longitudinal analysis
