So, that was the 1970s. And what a decade it was for Britain’s birth cohort studies.
The 1970 British Cohort Study and its participants were born, following in the footsteps of the 1946 and 1958 cohorts before them.
We’ve made many important discoveries from the information these special children and their parents shared through this decade.
To round off the momentous first ten years of the study, we’re celebrating with a whistle stop animated tour of the 70s. Thanks so much for coming this far. We hope you can join us as we continue on our journey across 50 years of BCS70 over 50 weeks.
But for now, sit back, turn up the volume and enjoy!
