Bozena is an interdisciplinary researcher working primarily at the intersection of sociology, economics, and public health. Her research interests focus on understanding how inequalities evolve over the lifecourse and across generations, and on developing ways to address them. At CLS, Bozena co-leads two research themes: Poverty, Inequality and Social Mobility, and Labour Market and Skills. She also leads the Longitudinal Data and Analysis (SOC0056) MSc module at UCL.

Bozena has over a decade of experience working with longitudinal data. Previously, she played a key role in projects examining the Gender Pay Gap and the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. She holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh (2019) and an MSc in Statistics from KU Leuven (2014).
