Shaadi leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable data systems supporting longitudinal cohort research at CLS. She works closely with cohort member confidential data and consent databases, ensuring robust data governance, secure processing, and efficient management of participant contact information to enable high-quality, policy-relevant life course research.

Shaadi previously managed large dementia-prevention databases (40,000+ participants) at Imperial College London and developed clinical trial systems at MRC CTU at UCL. Former Oracle DBA with extensive SQL Server expertise in data integration, validation, and secure research data platforms.
