Georgia Tomova

Georgia joined CLS in January 2025 as a Research Fellow and works on assessing and disseminating methods for handling survey mode effects as part of the wider Survey Futures collaboration. Her main research interests are centred around the theory and application of causal inference methods in health and social science research.

Previously, Georgia was based at the University of Leeds and The Alan Turing Institute and conducted both methodological and applied research in the nutrition domain. Her PhD examined methodological challenges in nutritional epidemiology, using causal inference methods and data simulations
