Guidelines for working paper authors

Please get in touch if you’re using data from our studies in your research. We may be able to publish your work on our website through our working papers series.

Our working paper series allows us to:

  • pre-publish work that is being or will be submitted as one or more journal articles
  • publish detailed material and reports that have intrinsic merit but are unlikely to be suitable for a journal.

To find out more about our working papers series, please read our guidelines for authors. Your paper should be written in a style which is in line with our style guide for publications.

For more information, please contact our working papers editor, Brian Dodgeon, at b.dodgeon@ucl.ac.uk.

Please note that we no longer use ISBNs. However, if we have accepted your paper and you would like it to have an ISBN, please let us know.
